ZACHARY AND HIS GOOSE CART

I decided to make a wee bear to go with the Goose cart I made recently. His name is Zachary and he is barely 3 inches tall and made from mohair. He is fully disc-jointed, excelsior filled (along with some stainless steel shot), and has a tiny waxed nose and leather paw pads. I haven't made such a small one in a long time and I am really pleased with him.

Zachary and the Goose cart are both listed on Ebay tonight in two separate auctions. You can view them by clicking on "Ebay Listings" under My Links at the top of my blog. I love to get feedback, so don't be shy - enjoy!

I love this pair!! I thought the goose cart was one of your antique finds - you did a wonderful job making it. :-)

Ellen,
Thanks so much for your flattering comments - you have no idea how it makes this heart of mine proud, that you thought it was an antique. I loooooove old things - they have so much history to pass on. Take care,
